Hello! We’ve received 3 days block for dm from the Instagram because of broadcasting. If your service is approved by Meta, why did it happen? If it’s because of the new rules of Meta, may be there’s a list of recommendation from you which we’ve missed and which will help us not to get blocked?

IG has the 24 hours rule and you should only have automations and smart delays, but you should not use broadcasts.
Even when you try to create a new broadcast, IG is not an option in Manychat:
(although yes, you can hack and make it work).
