HOW DO I GET RID OF THE BOOK NOW BUTTON INSIDE OF FACEBOOK MESSENGER ON MOBILE? JUST SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT AND IT WILLNOT GO AWAY. ALL MY PRE-BUILT SELECTIONS ARE NOT SHOWING UP ONLY BOOK NOW. COPIED FLOW FROM ANOTHER PAGE THAT DOES NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE. ALL SETTING ON BOTH PAGES ARE THE SAME. PLEASE HELP!
BOOK NOW BUTTON PROBLEM - HELP!
The quickest way to troubleshoot is to disconnect the “THEN” connections between cards/bubbles (not sure what they’re called). Remember, each card/bubble can have multiple things happening. So disconnect half, three or just one thing at a time, save and rerun the test. Once you narrow down which card/bubble has that button then remember: each card/bubble can contain multiple items.
If you’ve duplicated an automation I would highly recommend making a minor text tweak by adding “automation 1” and “automation 2” for each that way you know which one is being triggered. Which also reminds me: other automations may be getting triggered.
So:
- Label the first text box of each automation first so you know which one you need to address.
- Temporarily disable the "THEN” connection around half, three or one-by-one to determine which card/bubble/
- Remember each card/bubble can have multiple objects.
- There might be a bug in Facebook or Manychat.
I’m highly technical though only been working with Manychat for a week. Hopefully my debugging suggestion will help you hunt the issue down much faster. If it doesn’t help comment a second time to let more experienced users know you still need help. Good luck!
