Bot answers Instagram comments, but not messages. How to fix this?

Some Instagram automations weren’t working while others were. After some testing, I think I’ve nailed down where the problem is with this automation:

Other additional details of the situation:

1. Comment trigger automations work perfectly fine, if the Bot is set to reply to a comment.
2. Comment trigger automations will work partially if the Bot is set to reply to a comment and then send a message on its own: the reply will go through but the message won’t. (As per the image.)
3. Message trigger automations don’t work at all, regardless of what comes after it.
4. The Opt-In has already been set.
5. Instagram Permissions have been refreshed.
6. When trying out the Preview feature, it works in ManyChat but not in Instagram - after sending the three-digit number, the automation does not respond.

Would like to know if this is a known issue, and if so, is there any way to fix this? Thanks!
