Bot Not Responding After Delay of 10+ Seconds – How to Fix?

I'm experiencing an issue with my ManyChat bot and would appreciate your help.

When I initiate the conversation by sending the first message, the bot responds correctly. However, if I wait approximately 10 seconds or more before sending the initial message, the bot does not respond at all.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? What could be causing this delayed-response problem, and how might I resolve it?

    Hi ​@Barak3105 ,
    When you set up a data collection field, there is an expiration time setting, which is the maximum time it will wait for a response. Have you checked if that time isn't set too short?
