Hi, what’s the correct setup for capturing user data from first-time messages on Facebook and Instagram pages so I can include them in future broadcasts?
Currently, my setup starts with a Welcome Message where I collect tags from the user. However, I can't use those tags in my Broadcasts because no subscribers are showing up. Thanks in advance!

For Instagram it’s not possible at the moment. I suggest you capture their email, phone/whatsapp and keep conversation going there ;)
