Instagram Broadcast Channel invite links open in Instagram app when sent manually in a DM, but when the exact same link is used as a Button URL in ManyChat Instagram Automation, it opens inside an Instagram web page instead of opening the channel directly , and its buggy. Is this a known limitation or is there a workaround?

+7That’s probably because Manychat shortens the link to be able to track clicks.
You can turn this off in Settings > General > Card URL Shortener
