Hello. We have messenger list we were sending broadcast to on a regular basis (~daily). We were doing it for a long time (year or so). There are ~10k users on the list. 

Since beginning of October we do it in the same way but the result changed. Broadcast goes to the full list like every 3 days. On the other two days ONLY 50-100 users is being sent. 

Is there any change of the allowed frequency or something like this? In the settings I see no error logs.
