Hey there,

Quick question before I subscribe. I want to automate both my Instagram and Facebook accounts using the Pro plan. Will I be charged separately for each platform, or is it all included in one price?

Right now, it looks like I'd have to pay for them individually, as if the accounts aren't linked—but I'm not sure if that's just because I'm on the free trial.

Could you clear this up for me? Just trying to figure out my budget. Thanks!

    Hi ​@Zoey , welcome to Manychat. You can connect up tp 3 channels in the Pro Plan. So you can add your IG and FB at the same time. Please make sure both account belongs to the same business. If not you have to have a different Manychat account for each one of them.

    i have connected them to same account, via same facebook, is this till i get the payment done or i did something wrong?

    ​@Zoey in that case, you can just go and upgrade to pro, when you do that both channels will be part of your Manychat account. You dont need to pay for two different Pro Plans.
