I’d like to check if others here are experiencing the same issue with Messenger Lists.

In my case (and for some others I’ve spoken with), when a subscriber clicks the “Notify Me” / “Updates erhalten” button inside a Messenger List flow, the flow doesn’t continue afterwards. It just gets stuck.

We stopped using OTNs a long time ago because of similar problems, and since then we’ve switched entirely to Messenger Lists. But now this exact problem is happening there too.

ManyChat Support mentioned OTNs in their reply, but I’ve clarified that this issue is specifically with Messenger Lists. They said they will escalate, but before we push further, I’d like to know:

👉 Are you also seeing this happen with your Messenger List setups?
👉 Or is it working normally on your end?

If more of us can confirm the same issue, it will help show the scope of the bug and hopefully speed up Meta’s investigation.
