Hello,
I am experiencing two technical problems with my Instagram automations:
1. The automation is not triggering: When a user comments the keyword on my post/reel, the system does not publish the automatic reply in the comments, and it does not send the DM for the user to click and get the PDF. It simply doesn't work.
2. Bug in the Flow Builder: I cannot connect the blocks in the visual builder. When I click and drag to connect one step to another, the visual connection line does not appear. Even if I add a new step automatically, the connection line remains invisible. The blocks look isolated.
