Has anyone else noticed that the “delete” option in the bulk actions is missing? We like to keep our contact list clean and up until this week, we were able select multiple contacts and bulk delete. That option is missing now. Thanks in advance for any tips on this!

Hi @csnft, You should probably raise a support ticket—I just checked and my “Delete Contact” option is available (See picture below).
In the meantime, I guess you could set up a “rule” that automatically deletes contacts based on tags or any other metric. I use this approach and it works perfectly—I delete hundreds of contacts automatically every day.

It still shows up to me (but I have to scroll down in the list):
I'd suggest cleaning your browser's Manychat cache and cookies. Sometimes this solves some odd behaviors. 😅
And if all that doesn't solve the issue, you can open a ticket to Manychat's support team: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help
You could also create an Automation that deletes contacts based on some conditions you define (adding tags or even time based). This could automate some of your work with that.
