I am trying to upload bulk emails in the manychat, but it is keep showing me the error. However, I tried to add custom field that is not working. Please guide.

You need to use the system field “Email” like this one:

 

If it doesn’t show, try to clean the browser’s cookies and cache. Then, try again.

Hey, Thank you for the reply. It didn't work for me. My system field still don’t show the “Email”
