this is the issue that is affecting one of my clients. In some cases, message that is sent after the button is being triggered multiple times even though button was only pressed one or twice.
I designed my automation with that in mind specifically, so that when button is pressed, automation checks was that button pressed previously.
As you can see from the screenshots, button was in this case pressed once, and those 3 extra duplicates came BEFORE the smart delay was over, (smart delay is set before the voicenote, it has nothing do to with the duplicate sending of the video message)
I am running this same design across multiple other accounts, and only on this account are these things happening so often. End result is lost leads of course
Wondering did anybody have any similar issues before, and of so, how did you fix them?
