I’ve searched posts on here and have not found the issue I am experiencing. I have a trigger set up to send a reply as private with a button to press that gives permission to continue. I’m using an Android phone to test. I comment on an IG account with the trigger word. The message comes back to my DM displaying the button just fine. Pressing the button just echoes back and does not continue the automation. I have tried with a direct button and as a quick reply. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting, permissions, refreshing connections, removing MC and re-adding.
