Hello,
This query is concerning the comment-to-DM feature on Manychat. A person who commented under our post with the trigger word got the DM in their inbox, but the DM lacked the button with the link. Has this happened to other accounts? They sent a screenshot and the message shows no link/button - however, on our end, it does show the message with a link/button.
Any thoughts on why this has happened and what can be done to fix this?

And is this happening with a bunch of accounts, or just one case?
IG on desktop doesn’t work well and has a bunch of bugs - so if they’re on desktop, this may be the cause.
And if it’s a one-off case, it could be some random IG bug, their app version, etc…
