Buttons are not working on Instagram DMs

Remember Instagram's 24-hour window: when the last interaction was more than 24 hours ago, automations pause until the user restarts the conversation.
Make sure the user's window is open and provide us with some additional information and screenshots.

Hi, this is not about the 24-hour window. The automation doesn’t work from the start. Users click on the buttons and the automation does not start.

The same thing happens to me. Automation is not activated when the keyword is commented on. Losing money.

My recommendation in this case is to remove the automation elements one by one and determine which one is causing the problem. If the problem persists, open a support ticket at https://help.manychat.com or

I’ve already refreshed the permission, but that didn’t work unfortunately.

I am trying to contact support, but in my portal I don’t have the “Get Help” option. It is so frustrating we’ve been having this critical issue for almost a week now and a support option is not even available to talk to Manychat directly.

The “Get Help” option does not show up in my portal, and when on the Manychat Help Center the “Get help” button doesn’t work. How do I get in touch with support?
