Buttons Not Clickable on Mobile (Work on Desktop & Telegram)

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a critical issue:

  • My chatbot sends a welcome message with "Yes" / "No" buttons

  • On desktop, buttons work perfectly. 

  • On Telegram, everything works. 

  • But on mobile (Facebook), the buttons appear but are not clickable — tapping does nothing. 

I’ve tested on multiple Android devices. Cleared cache, reinstalled Messenger, refreshed permissions but no fix.

This was working until last week, and no changes were made to the flow. 

Has anyone experienced this recently? Could this be a Meta-side issue?  Any workaround or fix?

Need help urgently, blocking client demos.

Thanks for your response. I’ve tested this across multiple flows and on different mobile devices, and I’m seeing the same issue only on Facebook Messenger mobile.

That's really odd… 

I'd suggest opening a ticket to Manychat's Support Team: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help

They will be able to investigate it further.

 

I wish I could help you more with that, but there's nothing we could do to fix it ourselves…

Hi, ​@MAB!

 

It seems some issue with Facebook/Messenger, but does it happen to just one workflow or to anything you build for Facebook? Have you tested other automations?

Same issue here. I’ve done everything AI Bot and Support have said :

  1. Refreshed permissions
  2. Turned automations off and on
  3. Verified Advanced Messaging settings in Facebook admin….

And it’s still happening :(
