I’m facing a critical issue:

My chatbot sends a welcome message with "Yes" / "No" buttons.

On desktop, buttons work perfectly.

On Telegram, everything works.

But on mobile (Facebook), the buttons appear but are not clickable — tapping does nothing.
I’ve tested on multiple Android devices. Cleared cache, reinstalled Messenger, refreshed permissions but no fix.
This was working until last week, and no changes were made to the flow.
Has anyone experienced this recently? Could this be a Meta-side issue? Any workaround or fix?
Need help urgently, blocking client demos.
