Buttons not showing up for users

Hi there! More and more people report they don’t see the button to click after receiving Manychat opt-in message. Will this issue be resolved by Manychat team or it’s an issue in Messenger/Instagram version?

Most likely it’s with Messenger/Instagram.

To be sure, you can:

Confirm if the issue is in Messenger or Instagram
Send a screenshot of your automation here, so the community can help you and check if the setup looks ok
Confirm the content you’re sending (sometimes Meta will block buttons with links they don’t like)
Lastly, open a ticket with support so they can check your account and specific case.
