Question

Hi,
I am a pro account holder with you, and I need assistance with running an email campaign in ManyChat to inform my clients about my Black Friday discounts. Currently, I can only access Instagram features, which is preventing me from sending the campaign. I feel forced to rely on low-quality, free servers for this, and it's not ideal. Additionally, I have set up a feature to collect my customer's email addresses through Instagram chat and have gathered about 4,000 contacts (subscriptions) in ManyChat. Unfortunately, Many Chat software only displays phone numbers or Facebook IDs, which do not meet my needs, as I require the email addresses.

I urgently need your help with the following:
1. Enable my Pro account to send an email campaign to all of my 4,000 contacts (and more in the future).
2. Retrieve the email addresses I collected through ManyChat automations as soon as possible.

Hi ​@Tamaradukic, I am glad you are thinking to use Manychat for your Black Friday e-mail campaing.Before sending an email campaign in ManyChat, make sure of two things:Connect the Email Channel first.Without this, ManyChat won’t allow email broadcasts, even on a Pro plan. You can use this guide to help you with process:https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281215436188-How-to-send-emails-with-Manychat#h_01JGM060P8NS1J6B0Q876YF7E1Verify how the emails were collected.If the emails were captured inside ManyChat, through a opt-in email flow, they must appear in the Email system field of each user, and you can broadcast directly.If they were collected outside ManyChat (i.w Instagram native forms or other tools), you must import those contacts into ManyChat first.
