Can anyone explain why my automation on IG does not automatically send them a DM?

I’ve set up the Manychat automation so that when they comment a specific word, they should get an automated DM with a link to my lead magnet, but loads of people have commented and not received the message. Can anyone explain why this is?

    Nope, still not working. Can you please help me with this? Currently I am paying for a service that isn’t doing its job unfortunately😅
