Hi, i have a question about the pro account
I was wondering if I pay for the $25 plan for 2500 contacts and I don't use those contacts anymore can I delete them and always keep my budget under 2500 contacts?

Hey,
Every user’s message you receive in your active channels, add an active contact for your Manychat account.
That said, if you understand that those contacts don’t aggregate value for your business/account, you certainly can delete them.
In resume, yes. You can delete contacts to not pass the barrier of 2500 contacts.

Ive deleted contacts in my Pro account but still getting the error message saying I’m over the limit.. How do I reset this? My Manychats now is paused and not working.. very frustrating!!
