I have 5 comercial agents that work from WhatsApp. Can my account have those 5 employees working simultaneously and receiving an equal number os leads? And can they have access to the other comercial agent’s leads?

yes, you can have them all..
and yes, they can receive equal number of leads or even randomly
you can set this at settings / team members.. make sure you give them the proper role (live agent)

+1yes, you can set your agents on the team menu. there you can give them live seat and set all the permissions, including if they are allowed to see other agents chats or not.
