Hi ManyChat team 👋
I'd like to request that you enable the JSON Flow import/export feature on my account.
I’m building a chatbot using external JSON files.
Thanks a lot!

Hi, @BlueCap!

Manychat does not have this feature.

But you can still copy/paste parts of your flow, duplicate it and even copy them to other accounts you manage.

Here's a video showing how to do it: https://manychat.com/resources/video-course/instagram-dm-automation-beyond-the-basics/lesson-10-how-to-copy-paste-and-transfer-flows

There's also ans option to create templates that you could share with other people. Here you find how to create templates: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281298359964-How-to-create-Templates

Hope this helps somehow! 🙌

Hi, there is multiple videos of people uploading flows in to manychat, it simplifies the whole process, because without it it feels like you upgrade from bicycle to motor bike for your business by getting manychat, but sadly one of the tires is popped and you do not have the tools to fix it fast. I really do not understand how no one is aware of it when there is proof……

Here's is a video from 7 years ago…… @Gustavo Boregio @Fabio Gaulke

Hi, @Mantas. I've watched the video, and it doesn't show nothing about how to import a flow.

The beast way to do that is still creating templates, because it allows to automatically create the tags and custom fields that are used in the original flow to your new account. 😉
