I have the keyword comment to DM setup for instagram, and some people's settings do not let them receive DMs

"This account can't receive your message because they don't allow new message requests from everyone."

Instead of replying to their comment "sent! check your dms!" can manychat recognize that they can't receive messages and send a different replay "I can't DM you, you can check the link in my bio"?

I've seen one creator do this, not sure if he's using manychat.
