Can I start a Manychat with a instagram highlight?

Do I do this under a dm for a “story” or a dm link from a comment?

Hi ​@questionMany you can try to use the Instagram Story Reply trigger for this, see if you can select a particular story, if not, you probably would have to select "All stories" options.
