I want to create an SMS chatbot for a client’s business with the following flow:
- Person messages number
- AI responds with “How can I help? 1. X 2. Y 3. Z”
- Person replies ‘1’
- AI replies with an specific message for number 1
It’s not very clear to me wether Manychat can be used for this example or not.
