Can I use the Whatsapp business shopping cart?

I used the Cart Trigger in the WhatsApp Chatbot a while ago, but after checking now, I think this feature is no longer available.

I’m not sure if we’re talking about the same feature, but I use the product catalog on WhatsApp connected to Manychat.
First, I created an Excel spreadsheet to register my products.
Then, I went to Commerce Manager and added this spreadsheet as a data source for the catalog:

When a user adds a product in Manychat, you can set a default flow that will automatically start.
