Hi  I can not log in… 

 

I can not get help to log in PLEASE HELP ME.

 

Also my automations does not work for some reason.

 

I am getting 

{"0":"Access denied","state":true} tried phone, incognito etc.

Seriously I am running ads with hundreds of dollars in ad spend. Can I atleast get support so my automation can work?

Hi ​@JBbbbb I can recomend you to try to clear cache and cookies from the browser. If that doesn´t  work, you should open a Manychat Support ticket, they will look on to it to check what is going on. Here is a guide on how to get support: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help

I have tried logged in on phone, on inocignoit differnt browers, pc it does not work. 

 

Well support has not answered in hours now. What a shit hole.

Just want to jump here to add a bit of context, our (human) support team needs some time to review each ticket thoroughly so they can provide the best possible solution. Including as many details as possible when submitting a ticket really helps reduce back-and-forth and speeds things up.
