Im added to a clients account as an editor. The client is showing me screenshots that his instagram account is connected but on my side it shows no instagram account is connected and there are no recent messages in the inbox. Could this be because im an editor and need to be changed to admin? Or maybe he didnt add me to the right account? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Check if both of you are looking at the same Manychat account. 😅
The Editor role has access to Live Chat and can see the connected Channels. This means that you are not looking at the same account. 👀
