Can't access my account

Is there a real way to reach the manychat teams. I feel like I’m just vicious circle and not reaching anywhere. also tried link https://help.manychat.com/ but can’t find a direct support team. I want delete my account as I don’t have my facebook account anymore so I can’t log in to my many chats and my instagram is sending the automation messeges.

    ​@Gustavo Boregio thanks for responding. Is there a way to send the query without my manychat link. Since I can’t log in I can’t get the link.
