Hello, I’m trying to activate the trigger for when a user clicks on a Facebook ad. However, this error pops up when I try to flip the switch on ‘Don’t use more than one content block in the first message to set up Facebook Ads’. I’ve removed all but one content block on the first message that is sent to the user when an ad is clicked on but it still shows this error. This is with a trial account for Manychat pro. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, @hellobullionbeasts!

The first block can only have one text content and at least one regular or quick reply button. Something like this:

You must connect next messages to the button. If you use "Next step” it won't work.

If that isn't working, try deleting the whole block and creating if from scratch. It could be some "residual information” for the content you deleted that is misleading Manychat. 🙃

Also, take a look at this article: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281372007196-Facebook-Ads-Trigger

It has all details and even limitations documented.

Hope this helps!!
