Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with connecting my Instagram account to ManyChat.
Previously, I was able to add this Instagram account (shaiyrgul_manap) without any problems, and I have already upgraded to the Pro plan. However, now I can’t add or reconnect the same Instagram account anymore.
I’ve tried to connect it more than 10 times, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve checked permissions, Facebook Business settings, and tried reconnecting, but nothing helps.
Has anyone experienced this issue before?
What could be the reason, and how can I fix it?
