Hi ManyChat community, I’m hoping to get help resolving an issue with the Meta Conversions API connection in ManyChat.
When I paste the Dataset ID and a freshly generated access token into:
ManyChat → Settings → Messenger → Meta Conversions API
and click Enable, I receive the error:
“Invalid Conversions API credentials.”
Additionally, when I click Open Events Manager from within ManyChat, it consistently opens an Events Manager tied to a different ad account/business than the one I’m trying to connect. This is not the business or dataset I want to use.
What I’ve already tried

Confirmed the token is generated from the correct Meta business and dataset

Refreshed Facebook permissions in ManyChat multiple times

Confirmed my Facebook profile has admin access to the correct Business and dataset
What I need help with

Confirming which Facebook Page, Business, and ad account this ManyChat workspace is currently authenticated to

Guidance on how to reconnect ManyChat so it uses the correct Business and dataset

Clarification on whether the Facebook Page connected to this ManyChat workspace needs to be explicitly attached to the dataset
