Can't connect Facebook account, still connected to an old one

Hi Manychat team,

My Facebook account is automatically redirected to an existing Manychat profile when I try to connect my Facebook Page to my current Manychat account.

This is an old Manychat account that I already deleted. I don't get any option to choose my current account. Instead, I am redirected to a Manychat workspace saying: “You don't have a channel.”

I need to connect my Facebook Page to my current Manychat account, which already has around 600 contacts. I therefore cannot simply start over with another account.

I have already tried reconnecting several times and followed the troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains.

I also created a support ticket requesting a manual disconnect from the old account: #558361, but I still haven't received a response.

This is becoming quite urgent because I receive hundreds of comments on Facebook every day, and I currently have to manually send people the link instead of using my Manychat automation.

Could a Manychat moderator please help escalate ticket #558361 or have someone manually release the Facebook Page from the old Manychat account so I can connect it to my current account?

Thank you! 🙏

The binding you're hitting lives in ManyChat's database, not on Facebook's side, which is why reconnecting keeps landing you in the old workspace. Two things worth doing.

The one piece you control. Facebook, Settings and Privacy, Settings, Business integrations, remove ManyChat, then reconnect in a fresh incognito window. That clears a cached grant on Meta's side. If your problem is only the stale authorization, this fixes it. If you land in the old workspace again, you've proven it's a server-side record and stopped wasting attempts.

Making the ticket move. This exact shape comes up here regularly, a Page or IG account stuck to a workspace that no longer exists, and every one of them ends the same way: someone at ManyChat releases it manually. Support can't act without proof of ownership, so put it in the ticket up front rather than waiting to be asked. Your numeric Page ID, the old account's email or workspace name if you still have it, and something showing you own the Page. Tickets that arrive with all three tend to move faster than ones that get a round trip first.

Bumping here with the ticket number was the right call. Moderators do pick these up.

Hope it gets released quickly, hundreds of comments a day is a rough thing to be doing by hand.
