When I look at setting and click Messenger it has a blue “connect” button. When I click that and scroll to the page/messenger account it’s greyed out and already says “connected”. However there are no options and no way to manage it or use it as a trigger. Instagram is there, Facebook is not.

Now in a different account the client has that Facebook/Messenger page connected so thinking that’s the problem I disabled it, but still no luck. I’m stumped.

Further when I go to “add channel” Facebook says, reconnect. When I click that. It just goes back to the connection page where “connected” is greyed out.

@seans this page is most likely already connected to a Manychat account.

If you have access to the previous Manychat account, go ahead and disconnect the old account and remove Manychat entirely. Then try to connect again to a new Manychat account.

If you don’t have access, you’ll need to contact support so they can help you disconnect and connect to a new account.
