Can't connect instagram

Hi. I wanted to try the new feature, DM to new followers, but I can't connect my IG account.

 

I get this message: 

Could not connect ManyChat. You may not be connected to the network or we could not establish a connection with our server. Check your connection and try again later.

    ​@gamechanger_tennis there’s currently an issue with some accounts when trying to connect the account to enable DM to followers. This is a Meta issue and they’re aware of it.

    There’s a workaround mentioned here: 

    This has fixed the issue in some accounts, but not all.

    You can try this method and see if it works for you.

    If not, report your case to support so they’re aware of it.
