I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram and Facebook account to ManyChat, but the platform simply won’t link properly.
Although ManyChat appears as a connected app in both Facebook and Instagram settings, the account doesn’t fully connect — I can’t access the automation setup screen, and the system behaves as if there’s no connection.
I’ve already gone through all the available troubleshooting steps (clearing cache, switching browsers, checking permissions, reconnecting pages, logging out and back in, etc.), but nothing has worked.
The Facebook Page and Instagram profile were never connected to any other ManyChat account in the past.
Can you please investigate and help me finally complete the connection?
