Good evening everyone,

I'm just getting started with ManyChat and I'm having trouble connecting it to my Instagram account. When I click "Connect", it opens a pop-up that should probably take me to Instagram, but instead I get the error: "Sorry, this page isn't available."

I'm not sure what to do. My Instagram account doesn't appear in Meta Business Suite because it's linked to a different email. I couldn't find anything helpful in the FAQ either.

Try cleaning your browsers cookies/ cache. Sometimes just this solves the problem.

 

But, I suggest adding this IG account to your Meta Business Portfolio. It will take some minutes, but having it withing a Business Suite will grant you less stress with some configurations and potential issues.

Just select your business portfolio and go to https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/instagram_account to add your IG account.
