Hi there,

I’ve tried everything I could think of. I get to the point where I need to scan the QR code to import contacts and messages. But the connection attempt on WhatsApp spins for hours and does not connect. I restarted both the phone and computer, yet getting the same result.

Please help if you know why it might not be connecting.

Thanks for replying. My problem persists, I will reach out to Manychat support to see if they can help. I went through the process again just before this message, and when I scan the QR code, it just spins endlessly.

I hope I don’t have to cancel my trial period because of this...


Hi everyone,

I’m struggling to connect my WhatsApp Business account with ManyChat.

Here’s what I did:

  • Got a new phone number

  • Linked it via 360Dialog with my Facebook Business account (everything is set up correctly and approved)

When I try to connect ManyChat, I get stuck at the step “Choose a WhatsApp Business Account”. Instead of showing my existing account, it only gives me the option to create a new one.

I’ve tried all possible variations, but I can’t access the existing account.

Has anyone faced this issue before and found a solution?
