Hi there,

I’ve tried everything I could think of. I get to the point where I need to scan the QR code to import contacts and messages. But the connection attempt on WhatsApp spins for hours and does not connect. I restarted both the phone and computer, yet getting the same result.

Please help if you know why it might not be connecting.

Thanks for replying. My problem persists, I will reach out to Manychat support to see if they can help. I went through the process again just before this message, and when I scan the QR code, it just spins endlessly.

I hope I don’t have to cancel my trial period because of this...
