I am using the "User Comments on Your Post" for Faceboo. I would like to retrieve the FB contact ID and put it ina user field, so I can create a contact in my CRM and have an AI agent take over the conversation on messenger. I don't see the info when I try and add it to a user field. Where can I find it?

Unfortunately, Manychat doesn’t get this information from Meta.
However, you can still achieve your goal of allowing an AI agent to manage the conversation. Instead of passing a raw Facebook ID to your CRM, the recommended approach is to integrate your AI agent directly with the Manychat API.
