Dear Manychat team,
I can’t finish the payment for pro account due to the system mistakenly recognized me as a Brazilian (I am Taiwanese).
Therefore, the payment page require’s me to provide Brazilian’s CNPJ to finish the payment(the member fee is higher also….). Could you help me solve the issue?
(PS. I went to Brazil for business trip last month and opened manychat account when staying there)
