Help! I switched from Mobile Monkey to ManyChat, everything is set up, live, etc but the automation flows aren’t working (ie when I comment on a post it’s not sending DMs and it’s not welcoming new followers). I’ve disconnected and reconnected the accounts, confirmed message replies are good in IG (they were sending an hour ago via MobileMonkey) - I removed Mobile Monkey’s permission via FB.
Anyone deal with this before?
