I am trying to setup a automation and failing I need it very simple they comment on a Instagram post a keyword it msgs them the link and it opens where they can download the pdf it won't open the link and has a yellow circle next to it I don't understand what is wrong

Instagram has some bugs regarding the links. In this question, there is an explanation how you can submit a report on Instagram: 

 

I submitted a ticket to many chat I'm so aggravated it needs to do something so simple yet it's complicated 

​@Organicallyblunt The Manychat support team can’t help you with this because this issue is related to Instagram. You have to report to Instagram directly.

I can't find how and I shakes my phone nothing happened and what do I tell them 

Sent a shake report that said many chat links aren't clickable
