I have removed Greeting text from Facebook and from Manychat, but it keeps showing insted of the conversation starter. The Conversation Starter leads into an automation, but no conversation starter shown.
How can I disable that, and make it so if a user clicks Send message on my facebook ad, they will see only the greeting text i set in manychat, followed by the automation which is triggered by the conversation starter?

Can't get rid of greeting text
I am dealing with the same issue, hoping for a fix here. I have the ads setup in a few different ways for testing, including conversation starter and manychat integration via partner app(not currently using JSON). I am not positive if my issue is within facebook or Manychat at this point. The account does have permissions setup for manychat, but when the facebook click to message is triggered it seems to be going back to the standard facebook response of:
Hi, {First Name}! Please let us know how we can help you.
