Hey guys, I’ve got an issue where I’ve had to create two accounts as can't seem to link the Instagram account at the sane time as the Facebook. When I created my Many Chat account I set up the Insta and got an automation working, but then when I went to link Facebook it asks me to log into Facebook then swaps to a new Many Chat account in which it made me sign up again. Not sure what to do as the Instagram and Facebook are the same brand. Hope that makes sense :-)

If that’s your case, then try disconnecting your IG account from Manychat and connecting it to the Manychat account where you have Messenger installed. And when you’re connecting it, make sure to select to connect it through the Business Manager.
I think this should work, but this can be tricky. If you get in trouble contact support and they’ll be able to guide you on the best way to sort this out ;)
