Can't Video Broadcast

Hello!

I’ve been trying for months to do a video broadcast, but had no luck with it.

 

I’ve edited the video both in CapCut and Premiere, and I’ve followed all the size guidelines (270 x 480).

The file I’m using is encoded with H.264, downloaded at the Lowest Rate, in MP4 format, and I’ve made sure to follow all the specifications provided.

 

However, no matter how many times I’ve tried, I still can’t get it to upload — it always says “File Media Not Supported”.

 

Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this issue?

And for a broadcast, make sure you’re trying to create a paid WhatsApp template for it.

If all fails, go to support, they may have extra details on why it’s failing by looking at the backend.

    What’s the size of the video in MB?

    What’s the size of the video in MB?

     

    It’s happening on WhatsApp.

    From what I understand, the app says the video should be under 15 MB — but just to be safe, I always keep mine under 10 MB (usually around 8 MB) to avoid any issues.

     

    Still, it has never let me upload anything :(
