Basically I want it so that any dm thats sent to me will trigger the automation. Im aware of the default response, but this is not what im looking for. I want my automation to read any dm, use ai to understand it and reply to it.

You have two options to achieve what you’re looking for:
- Using Default Reply → all the messages that doesn’t “fit” to any of your automation triggers, go through it.
- Using User sends a message trigger and select “Recognize intention of a message”. To use this option, you need to purchase the Manychat AI add-on for only $29/month.
