Can you send an automatic text to new followers?

Hey @DariaFabro this feature is unavailable because Meta does not offer the possibility to do this on their official API.

Other services offering this do not use Meta's official API and are usually "hacks" that can put your account in danger of being banned.

In my experience, these solutions often offer you a lifetime deal - because they know their business may disappear when Meta decides to crack down on them!

I always suggest that my clients use only Meta's official tools to avoid putting their accounts, and their businesses, in danger.

I'm sure that if Meta ever makes this a 'legal' feature, Manychat will be the first to add it to the platform!

Also, there is no “list” of actual DM automation tools supported by Meta - how do you know that ManyChat is one of them? ;)

The only 'legal' option you have is to send the first message manually. Once they reply, the become Manychat subscribers.
