Cannot connect my FB account

I have read all of the troubleshooting. It IS business page. I have complete control. It allowed me to set up my IG but cannot even find my FB account. On my FB, it says it is connected and active, but on manychat it won’t even find it to exist. HELP!

    "FB says connected and active but ManyChat can't find it" is the tell. That's a cached permission grant, not a setup problem on your end. When you first connected (probably during your IG setup), Meta asked which Pages to share with ManyChat and saved your selection. Every reconnect since then silently reuses that old selection without asking again, so your Page never shows up in the picker no matter what you fix.

    The fix: on Facebook, go to Settings > Business Integrations, find ManyChat and remove it. Then reconnect from ManyChat in a fresh browser. This time Meta will actually ask again which Pages to share, make sure your Page is checked (or select all pages). It should appear in ManyChat's list immediately after.

      I tried this. It didn’t solve my problem.
