CANNOT CONNECT TO TIKTOK switched to business and it keeps saying I need to connect a business account

TikTok Business account is confirmed and active. QR authentication works, but desktop never completes authorization redirect. Eventually received “maximum attempts reached” errors.

Tried:

  • Chrome

  • Brave disabled

  • Incognito

  • Re-authentication

  • Re-login

Anyone know a fix for TikTok auth not completing after QR approval?

@spygeneral I suggest you record your screen while you’re doing it, and then send that video to Customer Support.

They’ll most likely have to look into it to understand what’s happening.
